The heart and soul of Ghi Rice is Sameer, the owner, who brings over 20 years of experience living and working in Italy. After 12 years of working in the restaurant industry, Sameer decided to pursue his passion for Indian food and open Ghi Rice in 2016.
Sameer’s dedication to authentic Indian cuisine comes from his deep-rooted love for Kerala’s traditional food. After years of hard work, Sameer created Ghi Rice to offer Naples an authentic taste of India, built on his passion and experience.
